Dr. Karlie Steiner-Bailey graduated from the University of Western States in Portland, OR with her Masters in Exercise and Sports Science and Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Karlie is also a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and serves as the treasurer for the American Chiropractic Association Sports Council.  

Prior to chiropractic college, Dr. Karlie attended the University of Idaho where she played collegiate volleyball. It was during this time that her love for sports medicine was realized.  She now combines this love for sports and biomechanics with a deep understanding of corrective exercise, athletic training and massage to develop individual treatment plans for every patient.

Dr. Karlie is a full-body certified Active Release Technique (ART®) practitioner, utilizes kinesiotapingand Rocktape techniques, Stecco Fascial Manipulation and is Graston certified. She is also a level 1 Crossfit trainer and Certified Barefoot training Specialist. Dr. Karlie is continually striving to learn and excel in all areas of practice to ensure the best possible care for her patients.

She has provided medical care at many sporting events such as US Track and Field National Championships, Jose Cuervo Pro Beach Volleyball tour, and currently serves as the medical director for the Alki Volleyball Association (AVA).

In her spare time, Dr. Karlie can be found in a Crossfit gym teaching mobility workshops, coaching a class, or working out. She enjoys playing beach volleyball, snowboarding, and an occasional run.

Dr. Karlie enjoys working with athletes of all sports, those with an active lifestyle, as well as patients simply looking to improve their health. Dr. Karlie combines all of her education and experiences to fully evaluate each patient and aid in returning them to proper biomechanical function and assist with performance enhancement.
